Ross (Ruslan) Kolodyazhnyi is an executive leader and entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience in building and scaling high-growth businesses. He has led several companies in the fields of AI, blockchain, digital assets, payments, and banking.

Currently, Ross is the Ideologist and Partner at Launch United, where he brings over a decade of experience in scaling businesses across various industries, including FinTech, AI, and cryptocurrencies. Launch United focuses on turning digital product ideas into successful, scalable companies, providing strategic investment and operational support.
 

He is also the CEO of KUNA, a next-generation payment and banking platform for businesses. At KUNA, he led the company’s strategic transformation, shifting its focus to stablecoin payments, cross-border transactions, AI-powered compliance, and embedded finance. The company offers a B2B Payments & Banking Platform, embedded finance services, and a Digital Asset Exchange.

In his role as the CTO of Calyptus, Ross Kolodyazhnyi directed the technical architecture of a talent-matching platform for the Web3 industry. This platform uses AI and blockchain to match Web3 professionals with job opportunities. He also led the implementation of an innovative NFT-based digital CV solution to enhance transparency and ownership of professional credentials.
 

Ross was the CEO at DCM and launched the DCM Platform, a blockchain-based solution that enables instant payments and microtransactions within the financial services industry. The platform provides real-time settlement and offers scalable financial infrastructure for enterprises.
 

Prior to this, He has also served as the CTO/Managing Director at Wirex, a UK-based fintech company. At Wirex, he helped develop the platform that allows users to trade and use both traditional and digital currencies. He led the launch of the Wirex Visa card for cryptocurrency users and the development of a digital wallet with MPC non-custodial biometry technology.
 

Ross Kolodyazhnyi has also been involved in several projects and initiatives, led the creation of an Algorithmic Stablecoin DeFi Protocol, worked on the launch of a Derivatives Exchange focused on crypto and fiat, and developed a social finance protocol.

He has volunteered as a speaker at the London Blockchain Conference and as a mentor at 1991 Accelerator. He was also the Chairman of the Banking Commission at the International Chamber of Commerce, where he led initiatives to improve financial inclusion and access to services in Ukraine.
