Michael Kill is the CEO of the Night Time Industries Association (NTIA). He is the Vice President of the International Nightlife Association (INA), serving in the European Region and as the United Nations CoNGO Representative. He is the Chairperson of the UK Door Security Association (UKDSA). Michael is also the Company Secretary of Raising The Bar Limited and a PR & Marketing Consultant at Killer PR.

 

Michael’s career includes roles such as the Assistant Director of Social Enterprise at the University of East Anglia Student Union, and the Head of Venues and Head of Operations & Marketing at the University of East Anglia. He has served as the Head of Operations at The Drink Experience Group Ltd and Operations Director at The Vibe Bar. Additionally, he held the position of General Manager at The Regal and Northern Leisure. He has also worked as the Senior Product Manager (Music) at Luminar Leisure Head Office and as a General Manager at Luminar Leisure.

 

Michael has been involved in several high-level initiatives with local and national governments, stakeholders, and operators of venues, bars, and pubs. He has worked with festivals and live venues on operational efficiencies and best practices, in collaboration with the police and local authorities. He has been involved in procurement contracts with international retail suppliers, generating significant revenues.

 

Michael has also been instrumental in the rollout of national music event strategies and has worked closely with artists and music brands to develop shows for standalone events and festivals across the UK. He maintains strong relationships within the industry as an operator, promoter, and procurement specialist.
