Antonio Vieira Santos is a Senior Business Intelligence and Innovation Evangelist at Eviden, where he focuses on transforming complex data into strategic insights and guiding organisations through their digital transformation journeys.

Antonio co-founded AXSChat, a global platform promoting accessibility and inclusion in the workplace. He has been an advisory board member for Women in Tech Global Movement, supporting gender equality in technology. Antonio is also involved in the Next Generation Internet initiative, aiming to reimagine the future of the internet with a focus on privacy, transparency, and user empowerment. 

He leads initiatives in business intelligence, digital transformation, and social media analytics, with an emphasis on collaboration, accessibility, and inclusion.

Antonio has served as a Jury Member for the Ireland Digital Transformation & AI Awards, where he evaluates and recognises organisations leading in technology innovation. He is also a co-founder of the Digital Transformation Lab at University College Cork, where he helps develop best practices in digital transformation.

Antonio is a mentor at Hack Access Dublin, a program focused on leveraging startup energy to make Dublin more inclusive for people with disabilities.

Antonio’s career spans over three decades, including leadership roles in Siemens and Atos, where he contributed to customer experience, social media advocacy, and digital transformation initiatives. He has worked with major global companies, including Nike and Siemens, providing consultancy to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Antonio won the European Digital Mindset Award for Best Social Media Campaign for his work with AXSChat. He also received the Major Events International Award for his Contribution to Accessibility at major events. In 2023, Antonio was listed as one of the Top 50 Global Thought Leaders and Influencers on the Future of Work by Thinkers360.

Antonio holds a degree in Applied Social Research, Sociology, and Anthropology from Universidade Moderna de Lisboa. He also completed a course on Communication Skills for the New Media Age at University College Cork and holds a Level 6 certification in Train the Trainer from FETAC.
