Darya Shaterloo is the Chief Executive Officer of Hectocorn, a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)-regulated debt advisory firm. She leads the company in providing tailored financial solutions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and corporations in the UK, Europe, the UAE, and the US. Hectocorn specialises in debt financing for real estate, luxury assets, and corporate finance, handling transactions ranging from £1M ($1.3M) to nearly £700M ($890M), with typical ticket sizes between £28M ($35.6M) and £80M ($101.7M).

Darya also worked in finance and real estate, gaining experience in advisory roles. She was a Principal Representative for Switzerland at a brokerage in London, where she handled high-value mortgage solutions and focused on setting up an office for them in Zurich. 

Prior to this, she worked at a real estate agency, where she gained extensive knowledge of the property sector.

Darya is an Advisor to the Board at Planingo.ai, an AI-powered travel company. She also volunteers with WIH, a charity focused on feeding homeless people through food drives every weekend.

Darya holds a BSc in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Queen Mary University of London. Initially aiming to find the next groundbreaking drug, she later transitioned to finance and business, driven by her interest in making impactful change and strategic influence.
