Jean Lehmann is the CEO and Founder of Cyber Capital HQ, a strategic consulting and advisory firm specialising in cybersecurity solutions and data intelligence. He is also the Founder of Cyber Chain Analytics. With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, blockchain, AI, digital transformation, and financial services, Jean has made significant contributions in both private sector consulting and public sector advisory.
Jean holds an INSEAD/Wharton MBA, a DEA from HEC School of Management, an MSc from Eurecom/EPFL, and an Executive Certificate in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
He gained valuable experience as an Investment Consultant and Senior ABS Analyst at various leading firms, including Cambridge Place Investment Management and Norddeutsche Landesbank. He also worked as a Senior Management Consultant at CAPCO, providing services to major financial institutions.
Jean’s entrepreneurial ventures include the founding of Cyber Capital HQ, where he leads the company’s activities in cybersecurity and data intelligence across multiple regions, including the UK, EMEA, Africa, and LatAm. CCHQ is known for its expertise in advising companies in sectors such as financial services and oil and gas on cost-effective process re-engineering and risk mitigation to achieve enhanced business performance.
In addition to his work at CCHQ, Jean has served as a Guest Lecturer at INSEEC Business School in London, where he leads workshops and lectures on topics including hedge fund industry, banking management, fintech, and blockchain technology. He is also a Council Member of the Gerson Lehman Group, advising on AI, cybersecurity, blockchain, and disruptive technologies.
He has provided consulting services to companies like Clear Factor and assisted in the creation of a decentralised ecosystem for SMEs to access working capital. He has also worked with UHNW Russian families on cross-border asset recovery and security strategies.
Jean has been an active contributor to thought leadership, regularly speaking at cybersecurity and AI conferences and publishing articles on cybersecurity, finance, and regulation in platforms such as Hedge Think and Intelligent HQ.
His notable award includes the Concours Musical de France Award of Excellence in 1990 for his exceptional piano skills, which places him among the talented individuals recognised by this international music contest.
