Dr. Annette Doms is a Tech Evangelist, entrepreneur, Future Business Expert, academic, Web3 Expert, digital transformation strategist, and public speaker. She serves as the CEO & Director of Future Business at ICAA Strategists GmbH, a consulting firm specialising in helping businesses adapt to technologies such as Web3, AI, and Blockchain. In this role, she guides companies through the process of digital transformation, providing strategic insights and solutions for the future of business.
 

Dr. Doms is also the Vice President at VENTURE AI GERMANY, an organisation focused on making Germany a global leader in AI transformation. Her work includes establishing responsible AI frameworks and advancing the nation's position in the tech landscape.
 

She is a Partner at NFTBEE, contributing to the development of blockchain and NFT-based solutions for social media platforms, including wallet connection features. Dr. Doms also co-founded xcircle, a digital art gallery focusing on blockchain technology, where she built an NFT marketplace, managed wallet integration, and sold NFTs across platforms like Solana, Ethereum, and Polygon.
 

Dr. Doms co-founded UNPAINTED in 2014 (the year of the first art fair), Germany’s first digital art fair, where she served as Artistic Director. The fair, which featured over 50 international exhibitors, explored the intersection of digital art and technology, with performances, lectures, and panel discussions.
 

Dr. Doms served as a Web3 Lecturer at Academy 4 Disruptive Minds AG, teaching blockchain and the Metaverse to students. As a Tech Evangelist and Keynote Speaker, she has spoken at major conferences hosted by companies like Microsoft, UBS, and DekaBank. She has also taught the History of Digital Art at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
 

Dr. Doms holds a Ph.D. in Art History from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, with minor studies in Psychology, Archaeology, and Italian Philology. She has also studied Italian Philology at the Università per Stranieri di Perugia.
