Alex Farrell is a seasoned tech entrepreneur with a strong background in technology platforms and WorkTech. She founded The IT Job Board in 1999, transforming it into Europe's largest tech careers platform before its successful sale to Dice Inc., a NYSE-listed company.

Previously, Alex held a position on the executive board of SThree Plc, a global FTSE250 staffing company. She also served as an investor and non-executive director for Sourcebreaker, which was recently acquired by Bullhorn. 
 

Currently, Alex is the Founder and CEO of Autometry, a technology company dedicated to transforming recruiter productivity through intelligent data mapping and advanced agentic AI.
 

Alex is deeply passionate about WorkTech, AI, and empowering female entrepreneurship. She is an experienced angel investor in technology start-ups.
