Vlad Larichev
Industrial AI Lead at Accenture Industry X
Industrial AI Lead, Engineer, Software Developer, Public Speaker
Vlad Larichev is an Industrial AI Lead at Accenture Industry X, where he explores how artificial intelligence will transform the way we design, develop, and operate across the entire product lifecycle. His focus is on building scalable and trustworthy AI systems in complex, regulated industrial environments – and understanding what these early shifts reveal about the broader future of work.
Vlad’s current work centres on the concept of a digital reasoning thread – a logic layer that connects tools, data, and decisions across disciplines and processes. He investigates how AI will move from chatbots and copilots to agentic, multimodal systems capable of acting in the physical world – not only reasoning with language, but learning to interact through perception, simulation, and autonomous coordination.
With a background in engineering, software development, and industrial AI innovation, Vlad brings experience from both startups and large-scale enterprises. He has developed predictive platforms, digital twins, and multilingual AI systems, and co-founded Enviot, a company focused on IoT and spatial computing for smart infrastructure.
Vlad also contributes to research and knowledge exchange as an external lead for Smart Devices and Industrial AI at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI), where he supports PhD candidates working on connected products and embedded intelligence.
At the Businessabc AI Global Summit, he speaks about the lessons we can learn from industry – and how they prepare us for the next interface shift, where the first “user” of our products may no longer be human.
