Richard Thorpe is the President and CEO of Pebble. He leads the company’s efforts in cloud innovation, AI infrastructure, and digital transformation. Under his leadership, Pebble has become a trusted partner for enterprises navigating hybrid cloud environments, edge computing, and intelligent automation.

He is also the Chairman of The HFM Group, where he guided the strategic direction of the company. Previously, he served as Global CEO of The HFM Group, focusing on the company’s expansion into new markets and driving digital innovation within the portfolio.

Richard was Group Executive Director at Service Matters and Global Strategic Director at PHS Group, where he led the transformation of the company’s enterprise sales and partnership strategy. He also launched ESG-led service initiatives across core verticals at PHS Group.

Richard co-founded the UK School of Sustainability, promoting sustainable business practices and education. Prior to that, he was the Head of Business Development at EIC Limited, Solution Sales Lead at Honeywell, and Chief Operating Officer at Trident DNS. He also served as Director at Blu Directory and Managing Director at Blu Future.

Richard Thorpe holds a BA (Hons) degree in New Media and Business from the University of Wales, Newport, and an HND in Business & Technology from University College Bristol.

Richard has been recognised as “CEO to Watch” by The Telegraph and Lloyds Banking Group for his leadership in business and digital transformation.
