Rhona Morrell is Chief Change and Planet Officer, Investor, Kings Trust mentor, and Trustee of Education Africa. She hosts The Rhona Morrell Podcast.
She has over 25 years of experience working in change management, sustainability, marketing, innovation, commercial, and supply chain. Rhona has worked across sectors including technology, fashion, FMCG, sports and entertainment, manufacturing, and NGOs, engaging with both B2B and B2C businesses.
Rhona is CEO and Founder of iReGen Ltd. She also founded Reclaim Earth CIC, a community interest company supporting UN Sustainable Development Goals through ecosystem projects.
Her career includes roles at Red Bull, Heineken, NEC Group, Molson Coors, Red Bull Racing, and Rugby World Cup, delivering product innovation and guiding senior leaders on sustainable change.
She has invested in one tech business and two social impact projects, including restoration in Panama, natural fertiliser production in the US, and a water initiative in India. Rhona advises a family office in Dubai on sustainability and holds credentials from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership.
Rhona currently works as Senior Sustainability Manager at Cooper Parry, focusing on B-Corp, SBTI, carbon tracking, sustainability reporting, and internal projects. She serves on the advisory board of Bid4Charities and is a Maven at FORUS Global Digital Exchange, working on financial inclusion and small business funding through 4th Industrial Revolution technologies.
She has led iReGen Ltd. for over five years, delivering business development, podcasting, operational fixing, and sustainability consulting.
Her education includes a Sustainability Leadership course at the University of Cambridge, a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and degrees from Birmingham City University (BA Hons Leisure Business Management), Burton-on-Trent College (HND Travel & Tourism), and various courses in environmental management.
She has led projects like Restoration Panama, developing environmental metrics and blockchain mapping for farmland restoration, and created sustainable exhibition stands used internationally, working with various corporations and embassies.
