Dilip Pungliya is a thought leader, author, investor, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in data optimisation, data modelling, and governance. He has worked across multiple domains, including investment and commercial banking, oil and gas, and government departments.
 

He is the co-founder and investor at ztudium Group, a global company specialising in 4IR technologies such as Web 3.0, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Metaverse. Dilip is also an advisor of Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Limited (VPRPL), a joint stock company providing engineering, procurement, and construction services for infrastructure projects in India.

Dilip holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from SSGMCE College, Amravati University and is a certified professional data architect under The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).
 

His early career began as Technology Leader at Softsol ENT Pvt. Ltd. in 1999, followed by roles at NSEIL/NSE.IT Limited and NESS Technologies (India) Ltd, where he gained expertise in investment banking data and international project management.

In 2007, he joined MRM Worldwide in the UK as a database consultant. Dilip also served as Enterprise Data Architect for major financial institutions, including HSBC, BNP Paribas, ICBC Standard Bank, and Deutsche Bank, focusing on regulatory compliance, risk management, and investment instruments such as FX, derivatives, bonds, and metals.
 

He later expanded his domain experience by working with Shell Plc and the UK government’s Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) as a solution and data architecture consultant.

Dilip’s social contributions include long-standing efforts to provide food during rural droughts and urban floods, active participation in COVID-19 relief through food distribution, and community engagement via digital platforms and charity podcasts promoting positivity and healthy living.
