Alexander Hughes is the Founder and CEO of Isotope Management Systems Ltd, a consultancy that specialises in the implementation, consultancy, and training of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems. Established in 2024, the company offers expert services in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and AS9100, helping businesses achieve compliance with international standards.
 

Before founding Isotope Management Systems, Alexander worked as a Management Systems Consultant from 2017 to 2024. During this period, he provided consultancy services to various organisations, assisting them in developing, implementing, and maintaining management systems that aligned with quality assurance and regulatory standards. His expertise in this area enabled him to support companies in enhancing their operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
 

Prior to his consultancy career, Alexander gained significant experience as a Quality Assurance Manager at Corbin Industries Ltd, where he worked from 2012 to 2017. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the quality management processes, ensuring that the company's products met the required standards. 

His work involved identifying areas for improvement, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high-quality production standards. Before that, he worked as a Quality Controller at AmSafe Bridport from 2007 to 2011. His role involved ensuring that products met quality specifications and regulatory requirements, contributing to the overall quality assurance process within the company.

Alexander Hughes is also qualified with a Level 5 Diploma in Quality from Birmingham City University. His extensive experience in quality management systems and his dedication to helping businesses improve operational processes have made him a recognised professional in the industry.
