Sireesha (Reesha) Jajala is the founding partner of Peach Ventures. Peach Ventures provides a platform for start-ups to engage with corporate venture funds and helps create a capital-plus-revenue model. Her strategic vision as the founding partner at Maximus Capital focuses on post-seed and pre-Series A venture capital investments.
She serves as a board advisor for the Siddhi Philanthropic Foundation and as a non-executive director at Confluence Media. In her advisory roles, she supports the growth of businesses in the UK-India-Singapore corridor, leveraging her deep expertise in cross-border investments. Additionally, as a board advisor for Technoplat, she brings her expertise to a tech firm facilitating seamless integration of technology across industries.
Sireesha's work at Siddhi Philanthropic Foundation, a social impact non-profit, focuses on rural development, poverty eradication, and initiatives like SHAKTI (health and sanitation awareness for underprivileged women) and HOPE (food and nutrition program for the urban poor).
Her experience spans leadership roles in large corporations like Tech Mahindra, where she was the Vice President and Client Partner, handling multi-million-dollar global services relationships across IT and operations. She has also led business transformations at Tech Mahindra and worked with leading financial institutions such as Credit Suisse and the Bank of Singapore, driving innovation and technology solutions for private wealth management.
Sireesha holds an Executive Leadership Program certification from XLRI Jamshedpur and has further honed her skills at Harvard Business School. She also has a B.Sc. in Maths, Computers, and Physics from Osmania University, where she was awarded Outstanding Student of the Year in 2001. Her voluntary work includes her role as a member of the MIT ClimateX and the Grameen Foundation, where she helps assess the impact of social businesses on poverty alleviation.
