Onur Ibrahim is a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer and founder of Commino, a growth consultancy specialising in AI-powered marketing, sales automation, and revenue operations. Onur’s work is focused on transforming how companies market themselves by shifting organisational culture to embrace AI, not as a bolt-on solution, but as a mindset. At Commino, he helps service-based businesses turn inconsistent marketing into predictable revenue through building systems that attract better-fit clients and automate follow-ups.
 

Onur is also Franchise Owner at Matt Fiddes North London, where he is passionate about helping families exercise together, grow closer, and discover martial arts. He also serves as a Director Partner at The Business Brain Programme Ltd, where he drives transformative change and fosters resilient mindsets to achieve unparalleled results in leadership and success. 
 

Onur’s experience includes serving as Head of Digital Marketing at British Pearl, an online property investment platform. He also led digital strategy at Collider and The Frameworks, where he worked with clients such as Dassault Systèmes, IBM UK, and Toshiba. At Wunderman UK, he built a data-led social communications division, analysing customer data to uncover consumer behaviour and improve client marketing strategies.
 

Earlier in his career, Onur worked as a Senior Account Planner at Wunderman, a Social Media Strategist at RAPP, and held various roles in digital strategy at companies such as Initiative and RPM Ltd. He has freelanced as a Digital Strategist, focusing on integrated communications strategies that drive cost-effective and measurable marketing outcomes.
 

Onur holds an Advanced MSC in Computer Science from Queen Mary University of London and a BEng Hons in Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire. He has received multiple certifications, including Lumina Spark, HubSpot Inbound Sales, and Google Ads certifications.
 

Onur has also volunteered as Chairman of the Board at the Turkish Cypriot Community Association (TCCA), where he led the organisation’s growth and strategic direction.
