Chris Ostrowski is the Founder and CEO of SODA. SODA works with governments, international organisations, and financial institutions on cutting-edge fintech projects. 

Chris has worked at the crossroads of policy and institutional finance for over a decade. While working for OMFIF in London, Chris worked extensively on sustainable finance, public investment, and digital money, launching the Digital Monetary Institute as an independent platform for convening central banks on digital money. 

Chris graduated from IE Business School in Madrid, where he is now a visiting lecturer and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of East Anglia.
